Gourmet Hot Dogs

What makes something gourmet? What transcends your average every day fare into something more special?

Gourmet hot dogs with coriander and creamy mushrooms on the side

Lamb and rosemary sausages (split lengthways), gherkins, fried onions, grated gruyere, tom sauce, mustard and mayo. Coriander (Cilantro) optional.
