Nachos and yogurt

Ran out of sour cream so tried a pottle of greek yogurt instead. Total win.

Nachos with beef mince, hot chili beans, vintage cheddar and greek yogurt.

      There is no excuse for bad nachos. They are the easiest meal to put together. What was so terrible about the ones you had?

    Mmm, I used clearwater’s yogurt instead of sour cream in my mushroom bourguignon and it was great. Not the same by any means but still yum.

    Also, only just realised you’re a NZ blogger! ❤

      Burguignon with yogurt sounds good. Maybe a stroganoff would also work? Last night, I tried using yogurt instead of full cream for soup. It wasn’t to my liking.
