I am a “Skinfoodie”. I’ve used Skinfood products for years. I adore their mud masque and moisturisers and I love that Skinfood are stocked in most supermarkets in NZ. It’s super easy to buy cruelty free skincare with your weekly grocery shop and the products I use are just $14 each.

I’ve recently decided to go cruelty free for beauty and skin care products. As a poor student I’m having to make the change slowly when my products need replacing so this would be a really great boost!
Ah yes, I remember being a poor student. I think I mostly just inherited beauty supplies from friends and family surplus meaning cruelty free wasn’t a top priority. Luckily Skinfood is really affordable. It makes you wonder why other affordable brands aren’t cruelty free.

I have their moisturiser and I’m 100% obsessed. It took a while to like their products, but I’m a total convert now! Also, fried chicken 😉 I can’t stop thinking about it haha.
I switch between their moisturisers, I think my skin swings between oily and dry so I’m still finding “the one”. I love their nourishing moisturiser though. I tend just to use it on my cheeks and avoid the T-zone.
My skin is the WORST. It seems to be fairly dry at the moment, so I’m using all the moisturisers in all the places. I have one with SPF in it and it felt like applying sunblock at first, but I have since gotten over that and I LOVE it!
