Tofu Tuesday: Dandelions

Bunny eats dandelions. He loves them so much, he crams them in two at a time. I got myself a little gourmet foodie right here. Foraged, organic dandelions. Only the best for this bunny. Our vet nurse calls dandelion “bunny chocolate”. But I suspect that after hours, she might call it “bunny crack”. Click here to see more editions of Tofu Tuesday.

Tofu Tuesday: Stolen

In this week’s news, Stolen Spirits have sold a majority stake to American booze barons for a cool $21 million NZ. This investment is exciting news for a small, local business that started up in a flat right here in Mt Eden. Tofu the bunny salutes your achievement! Click here to see more editions of Tofu Tuesday. P.S. Bunny Eats Design does not promote underage drinking. While Tofu just over 8 years old, this is around 65 years in rabbit years. It’s OK!

Tofu Tuesday: Halloween dress ups

We had a pretty awesome Halloween party at our neighbour’s place on Saturday. Tofu the bunny still has lipstick on his face, there is still a little tidying up to do and I’m still feeling like I need another day or two to recover. Here’s Tofu the eyeless pirate obliging to a little photo shoot. Surprisingly, Tofu the bunny enjoyed being in this trick or treater’s bucket. I think it perfectly hugged his fluffy round butt. He snuggled right in. Click here to see more editions of Tofu Tuesday.

Tofu Tuesday: 1000 on Instagram

Bunny Eats Design has reached 1000 followers on Instagram! It might not be much compared to some accounts but it’s a big deal to me. Thank you for your love and inspiration. Since starting on Instagram this year, I have felt that my compositions are getting better and faster. Instagram is like photography study for people on the go. Plus, it’s hugely addictive. See what the fuss is about if you haven’t already followed me over on Instagram. Click here to see more editions of Tofu Tuesday.

Tofu Tuesday: Onion weed in spring

Onion weed is in full force in our garden this spring. They might be a thorn in gardener’s side, but the white flowers are straight out of a fairytale. Did you know onion weed is edible? Both the green grassy bit and the flowers are edible. Use in place of chives or use the flowers as a garnish. Of course, with any foraged food, only pick from places you know are free from chemical sprays. Click here to see more editions of Tofu Tuesday.

Tofu Tuesday: Sea Slug

Um…have you guys seen the ridonkulously cute sea slugs that people are calling “sea bunnies”? I saw this post over on BoredPanda.com and since Tofu sometimes resembles a slug (due to his posture), I thought it would be a fun to compare the Jorunna Parva (the official name of these sea bunnies) with our own land bunny. I honestly think Tofu does a better impression of a slug and the slug does a great impression of a bunny. They even have the same coloured ears! What do you think?
