Scrambled

Scrambled eggs with truffle salt.

Verdict: The flavour of the truffle salt is more subtle than I would like. I guess I prefer more pungent flavours.

  1. Truffle oil is a lot punchier and gives a fantastic truffle aroma to mashed potatoes, – I haven’t tried it on scrambled eggs though. BTW, I bought the truffle oil from Pak’n Save, off all places!
