Tofu has the coolest grotto behind the shed. The green tunnels that he has carved out for himself give him shade in the heat of the day.

Awesome. We used to have a big black rabbit (aptly named blacky) when we were kids. He just did his own thing in the backyard… Digging a few tunnels here and there… Sometimes disappearing for a couple of days at a time. He was a legend. Tofu kinda reminds me of him. Except for the colour…
Tofu used to disappear and visit our neighbours on both sides, but we have secured our backyard now. Ever since he got cateracts, he has to go by smell and whiskers so I worry that he may get lost or run into trouble out there.
Aaaaw!
What an incredibly lucky little bunny! I love that he could be outside on his own. We could/would never let Dust outside without strict supervision, too many predators. How she loved the smell of the air, she would sniff with her nose held up, soapy new smells!
I’m always very careful if there are any dogs around, but cats are usually frightened of Tofu. Thankfully, dogs can’t get into our backyard without supervision.
Sooooo cute!! I love this bunny!
Tofu thanks you 🙂
Oh Tofu, there is so much wisdom in your gaze.
Yes, sometimes even disapproval 🙂
