If you are confident holding your rabbit, you can invert him. Yip, flip him over and cradle him in your lap. As long as he feels secure, there he will stay.
Don’t believe me? Google image search “Bunny trance”. Go on, I’ll wait.
I get to see this angle on a regular basis. Ridiculous, I know.
That is so cute, and it really does work! I didn’t know it had a name, but I used to do that to my gorgeous bunny Rafa! 🙂
This was the standard way Dustie slept, it was so cute. Sometimes she would dream about food and chew and lick her lips.
Awww Dusty! Tofu doesn’t sleep like this. But when he is dreaming, he is dreaming about something delicious too.
I would hold her for the three hour drive to the cottage, she hated the car so she’d sit and scratch asking to be flopped, and I’d cradle her like a baby on her back for the trip! She loved her belly rubbed.
In the mornings at home, we’d let her come into our room when the radio alarm went off—she’d come screaming in, hop on the bed on JTs side, walk over him (usually his face) and hop over to my side where she’d cozy up to me and flop on her back. We’d snooze like that for half an hour at which point she got hungry and hopped off back to her room to eat!
Aww, that is very sweet. Tofu hates being the car. I have him on my lap but I resist cuddling him too much because we get too warm and I don’t want him to overheat.
I can’t believe you made me Google that… I will never get to sleep now! Too much cuteness to stalk!
I have to try this with Izzy!
so adorable!
Too cute! Too soft! Awww!
