16 submissions with huge contrasts. Coconut & Lemongrass Tofu Soup vs Seal Flipper Stew. Never seen before udon bundles vs nostalgic Pastafrola (quince jam pie from Argentina). April also saw many Easter and spring time dishes. So inspiring and drool-worthy!

  1. I had so much fun for my first submission to our growing edge, I got out of my comfort zone and found a few surprises in the end. Now Im thinking what to do for next month’s! Thank you for the opportunity Genie!
