Hey thanks I have entered the competition. I also looked up your eggplant misocheese thing to enter and gosh this looks wonderful, I love eggplant, although many don’t it seems
I love eggplant now. I had to work hard at it and find the right recipe for me though. The Misocheese recipe is a winner. I’ve made it many times for friends. Please try it and let me know what you think!
Will do thanks 🙂
Oh I love cheese but I;m very far away 😦
Hi Sofia, I hope you have some sort of cheese festival in Barcelona. It seems a shame not to have one! Manchego and Spanish blues come to mind. Do tapas usually contain cheese too?
Some do, they usually contain goats cheese when they do, Or just Manchego cheese on its own as such.
Goats cheese is on my growing edge, but recently a Frenchman made a delicious dish with a very creamy goats cheese and honey. I loved it so much I’ve asked him to make it for Valentines Day tomorrow. He said yes 🙂
I LOVE CHEESE! Goat cheese, sheep cheese, blue cheese, feta, cheddar, swiss… I’m a cheese fiend. I went to Cheesefest a few years ago (and had a ball!), and discovered a great NZ company called Over The Moon, who had a cake made out of cheese – I am determined to have one like that at my wedding! I paid them a visit in their Putaruru store recently and tasted pretty much every cheese in store (much to the child’s disgust – weird kid hates cheese), it was freaking heaven – I discovered buffalo cheese, so tasty! Er, long story short, this is on the day before my partner’s birthday and I’m thinking it will be the perfect way to celebrate (/feed my cheese addiction).
Hi Meagan, I love Over The Moon! They sell at Grey Lynn Farmers markets if you need a fix 🙂
