Crew Club in the Viaduct is a fresh nautical seafood loving restaurant serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week plus brunch in the weekends. The space formally known as Waterfront has gone through a gorgeous transformation with many defined areas in the large space.
I visited Crew Club last week and seriously, this place is a Pinterest dream.
Nick Haszard is the executive chef at the Crew Club and below are his answers to the tasty questions I cooked up for your enjoyment.

All of our fish.

Braised beef shin.
What did you have for breakfast?
Oats / Bircher Muesli.
What is the most delicious thing you’ve eaten this week?
Pumpkin gnocchi at Ortolana.
What is an underrated ingredient?
Beef cheeks.
What are 3 sources of inspiration to you?
My wife, son and Peter Gordon.
Favourite restaurant?
Husk in Nashville.
There’s a potluck dinner tomorrow night (and you’re not working) what are you bringing?
Southern style doughnuts and Braised Beef.
What is your most memorable meal?
Dinner at Tom Aikens in Chelsea.

3 courses for $55

Crew Club’s Restaurant Month special is a three course dinner for $55. Options include smoked fish fazoletti, wood fired game fish and warm pumpkin pie. Sharing dinner includes ‘The Club Board” with cured salmon, crispy squid and more, a whole roast fish and chocolate fondant. Available throughout August 2015.
Special mention
…to their swordfish, squid and chorizo risotto. Easily the crowd favourite, though I fell in love with their rib eye. Carved and served by Executive chef Nick Hazard, this was perfectly cooked rare and had gorgeous smoke and beef flavour missing from most restuarants.
